This role is open to remote in the United States for well qualified candidates.As the Senior Product Manager for the TruClearTM hysteroscopic tissue removal system, you will be a key member of the U.S
Region’s Commercial organization, driving downstream product strategy and revenue generation initiatives for one of the organization’s fastest growth segments in gynecologic health. You will be responsible for development and execution of key marketing programs to help drive U.S
revenue for the TruClearTM hysteroscopic tissue removal system You will develop and execute marketing strategies in the launch and commercialization of new products and post-launch product lifecycle management You will work closely with the U.S
Sales organization and cross-functional partners to develop marketing tools, competitive positioning, and promotional programs You will be the product expert for the TruClearTM system within the U.S
Region, partnering with Global Marketing, Commercial Learning & Development, Physician Education, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and other various enabling functions You will partner with key counterparts to effectively manage portfolio communications and strategy for the U.S
region With visibility from upper management, you will create and execute project work plans and manage day-to-day project execution through tracking progress towards key metrics/goals Domestic travel 25% General responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Develop and maintain the TruClearTM annual product marketing plan including launch plans, product messaging, pricing strategy, collateral development, customer targeting, competitive assessment, channel needs, and unit volume manufacturing and revenue forecasts. Develop and execute short and long-term marketing and sales incentive programs to ensure profitable growth. Recommend organic and inorganic portfolio and product enhancements to the Global Marketing, R&D and BD&L teams based on analysis of U.S
Region customer needs, market conditions, and competitive environment. Lead, manage, and present the US forecast model in collaboration with Global product marketing, sales leadership, and finance
Develop dashboards and communication mechanisms for identifying and tracking performance to annual operating plan. Identify and assess competitive tactics and develop counter strategies and tactical communications plans. In association with the U.S
Sales Leadership team and Market Development, establish and maintain a customer “Key Opinion Leader” strategy and program to support increased procedure and product adoption. Develop and deliver U.S
Region Field communications and regularly participate in Sales Leadership meetings and quarterly business reviews. Act as marketing support person for the U.S
GYN Field organization to provide assistance with technical product support, customer meetings, RFP response, and conversion planning. Identify and recommend opportunities for the development of clinical evidence and/or economic value substantiation. The role of marketing has never been more central to the growth for Medtronic. Sound financial and / or business analytical skills Experience applying market research techniques, drawing conclusions and/or making recommendations based on data Exceptional quantitative, analytical, written and verbal skills. Strong proficiency with presentation, spreadsheet, document generating software programs. Proven track record of planning and execution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience communicating with senior leaders. Experience in U.S
medical device marketing. Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to develop excellent relationships with healthcare thought leaders and internal stakeholders. Self-starter who is highly results driven with strong strategic thinking, business management experience, and solid quantitative and analytical skills. Proven success leading major initiatives.
