Position Summary:

We’re looking for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with a strategic mindset and an entrepreneurial drive who’s passionate about leading and mentoring. This role is tailored for professionals excited by complex, hands-on projects and eager to shape the future of an engineering team. You’ll oversee critical project management aspects, from directing field investigations to spearheading business development initiatives. With this role, you’ll also take the lead in client interactions, proposal creation, cost estimation, and senior-level decision-making on construction and engineering challenges.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

You’ll bring 15+ years of civil and geotechnical experience and a Professional Engineering (P.E.) license in Georgia, ( licensure in nearby states as a bonus). If you have a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering and a passion for foundation design, slope stability, and tackling large-scale infrastructure projects, this could be your perfect fit.

Key Technical Focus Areas:

• Foundation and Bridge Foundation Investigations
• Slope Stability and Settlement Analysis
• Retaining Wall and Deep Foundation Design
• Soil Stabilization and Ground Improvement Techniques
• Dam Design and Complex Civil Engineering Projects

Preferred Software Skills: GROUP, LPILE, Slope/W, Seep/W, Shoring Suite 8, MathCAD, ProSheet, Sigma/W, AutoCAD, Microstation, and Excel.
