Due to an expected contract award, Altamira is recruiting for a challenging
and rewarding position for a highly qualified and talented Senior Program
Control Analyst, with proven record and performance in the U.S. Government
contracting industry, at our Englewood, CO office.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Financial management and reporting for the assigned programs, to include
proposal/pricing support, scheduling, ETC and EAC preparation,
revenue, and profit projections.
Coordinate closely with program management team to ensure the reporting
processes are consistent with the program's reporting requirements and
Company policies.
Support planning, baselining, variance analyses, cost estimating and
updates to the contract deliverables, as required.
Work closely with the Altamira's Program Management Office, Program
Managers, technical leads, Contracts, Finance and interface with the
customers as required, to ensure accurate and timely reporting and updates
to the contract financial deliverables and artifacts.
Provide expertise and guidance on risk management, proposal and pricing,
financial management and forecast (long term and short-term planning),
profitability and margins, staffing and contracts.
Partner with the Program Manager to meet or exceed the financial goals and
commitments on the contract. Ensure compliance with the Company policies and
procedures.
Support Program Monthly Reviews to provide expert analyses on the program
progress; participate in weekly and monthly program or business reviews.
Required skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
5+ years of experience in Program Control, EAC development and hands-on
financial reporting experience
U.S. citizenship, active TS clearance and SCI eligibility is required
Highly proficient in Deltek Costpoint, BI tools (Power BI), Microsoft
Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills, with ability to effectively interact and
communicate, both oral and written, with individuals across the
organization; ability to work with Program Managers and technical leaders
Other Desired Skills:
Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with strong work ethic
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary
range for these positions is $75,000 to $150,000. However, Altamira
Technologies Corporation considers multiple variables when determining
compensation, including but not limited to, the level of
responsibilities, prior work experience, education/certifications,
customer contractual specifications, and any clearance requirements.
