We are currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Senior Program Analyst will primarily support the activities of PMA-280’s In-service Team. The Program Analyst shall assist with the management of the Tomahawk All Up Round (AUR) Logistics Manager, participate in meetings, and respond to data calls. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Work with missile depot personnel and fleet personnel
- Coordinate shipping of missiles
- Participate in various meetings such as Fleet Asset IPT, MRI working groups, Ordnance Enterprise Mapping working group, AUR Inventory & Maintenance meeting
- Provide reports such as Tomahawk Inventory Report, Ammunition Transaction Report, and update reports within Classified Tomahawk Information System
- A Senior level person typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A Senior level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: MS or MA degree. Allowable substitution: a BS or BA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Over ten (10) years of experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Required Skills
