In this role, you will be responsible for the global Field Corrective Actions (FCA) process transformation. You will collaborate and coordinate with global cross functional team, and implement required process changes to enable efficient and compliant global FCA process. Think big, and drive required technology solution implementation to set-up future ready FCA process, considering Digital solutions, and end-to-end FCA application.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Provide oversight & expertise for the improvements and transformation needed for global FCA process Provide expertise and guidance in FCA policies and procedures to enable consistent decision making for Corrections and Removal Works directly with region, OU and enterprise FCA SMEs in collaboration with IT partners to implement Global FCA application Support audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings and liaises with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of the audits. Prepares reports and/or necessary documentation (ex Corrective and Preventative Actions) and provides to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external. Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly. Facilitates uniform standards worldwide and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally. Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.Requires broad management knowledge and experience to lead project teams in one department.Typically has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function.Nice to Have: Requires strong knowledge and experience in end-to-end FCA process including regulatory report submissions (Ex: 806 reports) and corrections & removal process. PR) locations (USD):$142,400 - $213,600The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
