Senior Program Manager, Global Logistics, Voice of the Customer - Amazon

Global Logistics is looking for an experienced, talented and highly motivated individual to join our Voice of Shipper team to support our businesses worldwide. As a Senior Program Manager, you will own and contribute to studies that measure Amazon's end-to-end shipping experience for Domestic Vendors and FBA Sellers shipments across the US, UK, and EU. You will drive continuous improvement in mechanisms for measuring Seller and Vendor sentiment by partnering with senior business leaders in developing studies and following up on actionable findings. The role will allow you to make a real impact for our customers from Day 1 and provide a dynamic, innovative, and fast-paced environment to constantly build your skill set and address new challenges. In this position, you will innovate, build new methodologies to generate insights, and make recommendations to senior leaders and drive actions that directly impact our current and future customers. Key job responsibilities - Work with internal partners and stakeholders to define research needs, identify the right research opportunities, and roadmap activities. - Combine and distill disparate information sources for holistic insights, and connect the "what" with the "so what" and "now what" to drive business impact. - Build scalable and nimble customer insights solutions, tools, and processes. - Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization, and drive adoption of research findings through well-planned and cohesive socialization mechanisms. - Own and execute end-to-end analyses, including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, creation of recommendations, and presentation of results to senior leadership. - Perform in-depth analyses and deliver key insights in business, customer experience, and technology areas. - Use insights-driven recommendations to drive actions that impact Amazon customers. A day in the life Voice of Shipper team is the single-threaded owner to embed the voice of our vendors and sellers across all areas of the business, through data and anecdotes. We maintain a single source of truth for independent, high-quality, and exhaustive signals from all our customers. We will incorporate VoS insights in all key business forums to support decision-making and trade-offs. About the team Global Logistics is part of Supply Chain by Amazon and encompasses a set of supply chain services that get products from manufacturers to customers around the world. We are the first part of the supply chain from the factory door and offer a complete end-to-end solution that keeps products in stock, provides faster and more reliable shipping, and significantly lowers costs. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field - Knowledge of SQL Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree - PMP - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - If you are not sure that every qualification on the list above describes you exactly, we'd still love to hear from you! Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
