The Operations Manager – Quality Assurance contributes to AHF’s mission by designing, implementing, and improving QA processes and methodologies to ensure Public Health Division embodies the highest quality.

This role will be critical in evaluating and improving QA processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the perspective program. Involved with contractual audits, metrics, and stakeholder meetings. This individual will be ensuring we are compliant to financial reporting, grant deliverables, and client/employee safety. Will assist Director of Operations in implementing operational strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals. This individual will be cross trained in other departments to foster current processes and create new methods of efficiency.  

This individual will provide and create systems on Quality Assurance measures and practices (Domo, Salesforce). Will be play an important role in ensuring programmatic outcomes are met.

This individual contributes to the Public Health Division through leadership, solution driven, and team-oriented approach. This individual will help drive both internally and externally, our goals and objectives in order to meet our mission
