The Selling Partner Services (SPS) team operates the business, technology and seller services that make Amazon the best place on Earth for 3rd party sellers to start and grow a global business. Today, the vast majority of those sellers choose to do so trusting Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to fully manage their selection from the factory floor to the customer door, allowing sellers to leverage the power of Amazon's global fulfillment network. The team is organized around four pillars including: 1) Seller Segments and Growth focused on deeply understanding our sellers and driving their growth, 2) Seller Controllable Customer Inputs to improve the performance of what they choose to sell through FBA, 3) FBA Seller Experience which helps drive a consistent, global view of the experience we offer to our sellers and builds opportunities to improve, and 4) Customer Returns which helps reduce customer returns for sellers and Amazon.
The team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Management leader to be part of the Seller Segments and Growth pillar driving success for sellers across one or more regions (e.g., North America, EU5, Japan, Emerging Markets). This leader will be responsible for driving deep assessments at the segment level, identifying opportunities within key segments, working with partner teams to develop known and novel approaches to improve performance, and executing programs which make measurable impacts on seller growth. Key job responsibilities
Drive the development and evolution of seller segmentation framework using both data and inputs from across the FBA business
Diligently track performance trends for insights and opportunities
Partner with Science, Product, Finance and Economics teams to drive scalable recommendations, tools and services which result in seller growth
Assess the impact of the ongoing programs which provide growth opportunities for sellers
Manage the execution of WW programs in partnership with WW stakeholders, including setting, tracking and achieving ambitious targets
Report performance via ongoing FBA mechanisms (MBR, OP1, etc.), provide key program updates for leadership visibility and input
Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with audiences of all levels and geographies, including up to L10 leaders
Continuously raises the bar on the quality of written communications across emails, MBR/QBR, flashes, and documents by communicating clear messages that foster productive discussions and facilitate alignment on key priorities and investments

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
