The Portfolio Governance & Planning function enables effective, efficient, consistent planning and governance of work and initiatives across all Global Digital, Omni and Guest Support portfolios and cross-functional teams in tight partnership with technology and our business partnersa day in the life: key responsibilitiesThe Senior Program Manager, Digital Portfolio Management will support the Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support Portfolio to enable key programs and cross-functional initiatives that span across all portfolios.Support the implementation of a governance model and cross-functional strategic planning programs to enable alignment and executive decision makingManage and implement long-range planning framework and processes to connect long-term strategy to annual operating planEnable and optimize the annual operating plan process in partnership with FP&A and technology partnersEnable the senior leadership team in the prioritization and governance of initiatives and programs to ensure attainment of our long-term strategyDevelop and prepare roll-up view of key planning deliverables (e.g
LRP, OKR, AOP) for senior leadership team to make informed decisionsOptimize and enable a common dependency management, intake and quarterly planning process in partnership with other functional portfolio leaders and technology stakeholdersSupport the creation of job families and other deliverables to stand up and enable Portfolio Governance and Planning functionDevelop and iterate innovative program management methodologies and frameworksPartner with other functional portfolio leaders, teams and technology stakeholders to co-create a standard and consistent governance modelqualificationsMinimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university in business operations or related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred8+ years of experience related with strategic planning, long range planning, program management or management consulting preferably in vertically integrated, global, retail environmentsExperience working with systems and/or with technical teams seen as an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into simple narrative and recommendations for senior executive leadersStrong interpersonal, facilitation and cross-functional relationship-building skillsAbility to drive results independently and collaboratively as a team playerAction-oriented, entrepreneurial, self-starter and results drivenThrive in bringing structure to ambiguity to drive business results Passion for developing new ways of working with creativity and flexibilitymust haves* Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.* Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. * Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same. * Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure. * Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships. * Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously.Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance
The typical hiring range for this position is from $130,800 - 171,700 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity
