As a **Senior Program Manager - Supply Chain PMO** for the Process Engineering and Value Delivery team, you will manage the day-to-day running of the business on behalf of the General Manager for the organization, including driving the rhythm of business (ROB), planning and executing department agendas, driving budget planning process and ongoing review, and managing workforce planning activities. This opportunity will allow you to polish skills such as influence and creating clarity as you maximize and extend the leader while developing relationships with key partners, communicating the leader's strategy, facilitate engagement/thought leadership, and serving as a trusted advisor to the leader. This role gives you unique access to the breadth of executive leadership business operations which includes monitoring and driving the health and culture of the organization, ensuring continuation of business operations, driving strategy execution and leader alignment, and managing business metrics. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of special projects/programs and initiatives, as needed. The role focuses on building cross-team coordination and community to address complex challenges and opportunities in business and technology integrations. It involves translating complex opportunity areas into business requirements, partnering with various teams to design roadmaps, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact solutions. The role also includes preparing business users for changes due to new implementations and tracking project schedules.

**Responsibilities**
**Partnership and Collaboration**
+ You will partner with leadership to develop vision, strategy, and experience for the Process Engineering and Value Delivery organization.
+ Garner support and alignment with internal stakeholders for enablement function vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
**Solution Delivery and Maintenance**
+ Orchestrate the translation of objectives into quantifiable goals, KPIs and rive the team's rhythm of business (ROB).
+ You will collaborate with stakeholders and teams to oversee the creation and implementation of strategy execution plans, while ensuring alignment across functions. You will also use your understanding of strategy to design upcoming budgets.
**Thought Leadership**
+ You will provide leadership support by ensuring team activities are aligned with their goals. This will involve building broad relationships that support activities across the business and communicating key leadership priorities.
+ You will monitor organizational health, respond to team culture issues, and promote cultural initiatives. This will involve planning and executing trainings, tracking polls, and ensuring a healthy compliance scorecard.
**Portfolio/Project Management**
+ Track and communicates end-to-end project schedules, holding stakeholders accountable for following the schedule.
+ You will contribute to cross-team projects as needed to meet changing business requirements and manage business needs. You'll also work on projects for larger areas, especially those requiring hands-on experience.
**Solution Definition and Design**
+ Develops the vision, strategy, and experience of an increasingly complex, high-impact solution area for a domain area (e.g., transformation enablement). Drives alignment of resources, business objectives, success criteria across leaders, organization, and stakeholders.
+ Deeply understands operational and performance key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and success measures (e.g., adoption percentage, engagement) for improving organization performance.
+ Collaborates with internal stakeholders and customers to validate priorities and participates in prioritization decision making to deliver solutions in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming
+ OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 4+ years of professional experience in Program Management, Project Management, Marketing, or similar experience.
+ 2 + years experience implementing proactive systems to simplify activities and deliverables such as action tracking, and team event planning
**Other Requirements:**
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
+ Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming. OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming OR equivalent experience.
+ 1 year experience experience handling confidential information, employee data
+ 2 years experience managing budget of >$10M to include working with opening purchase orders, vendor contracts, and annual budget planning and tracking
+ 2 yrs experience supporting cross functional teams with reporting, strategic programs, driving meeting agenda, and tracking metrics
+ Proficiency in collaboration and communication tools and implementing structured file management systems within tools such as Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Loop, Microsoft Teams Document storage, and OneNote to keep teams efficiently working together
Technical Solution Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
