We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team in Washington, DC, for a prestigious Randstad client. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing complex software implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the scope, schedule, and budget of intricate software implementation projects valued at $10M+.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage and coordinate efforts across multiple vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels and skill sets, crafting executive-level presentations and reports.
- Program Deliverables Oversight: Understand and supervise the creation and management of critical program deliverables such as project charters, requirements, schedules, and technical designs.
- Operational Systems Expertise: Apply experience working with operationally critical systems, particularly in the transportation sector or similar operational environments.
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale software projects (budget $10M+).
- Strong ability to engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders, including the creation of executive-level presentations.
- Proven expertise in overseeing key software development deliverables.
- Background in managing operationally critical systems within transportation or similar operational fields.
