Job DescriptionSeeking a Senior Program Planning Analyst who will be responsible for developing, maintaining and analyzing program Integrated Master Schedule(s). This includes developing the network and integrated workflow of schedule activities to ensure accurate, appropriate and effective plan is established for the scope of work. Perform analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical path, risk integration, IMS structure, and evaluate trends and schedule related metrics. Reviews and implements IMS coding, outlining structures and adherence to directives and department scheduling best practices.
QualificationsMust have a Bachelor’s Degree. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field of study is a plus. 5+ years of experience is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior work experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry related schedules. (MS Project, Project Server, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software)
- Prior work experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow
- Prior work experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process
- Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interface effectively with the program management team and other functional organizations
- Must be able to work successfully on a multi-discipline team, and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to influence without authority
- Ability to adapt appropriately to priorities
- Experience with principles and applications of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and change control
- Able to review and understand contractual and proposal documents as applicable to proposal or project cost and schedule requirements
Additional Information
Compensation: Base salary range is $90,000-125,000, depending on qualifications. SEAKR has very rich medical, dental and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a year-end bonus. SEAKR offers a variety of paid leave, such as vacation, sick, bereavement, and FMLA.
Onsite or Hybrid preferred. Remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates, though it presents a notable disadvantage.
