Senior Project Architect (Healthcare) - Shepley Bulfinch

We are seeking well-rounded Project Architects with experience in Healthcare to join our teams. Primary responsibilities include implementing design concepts and leading the internal production of architectural drawing, interfacing with clients, mentoring the internal team, and coordinating consultants. Strong design sense and technical skills are required. Experience working with institutional clients is preferred.

Qualifications:

• B.Arch., M.Arch. or equivalent degree
• Architectural registration
• Background in Healthcare required
• 10-15 years work as an architect in all phases
• Experience with code and life safety, consultant coordination, medical equipment coordination
• Capable of leading documentation on multiple scales of projects (small through large) and multiple phase/drawing packages
• Ability to create technical documentation in Revit 
• Strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of Affinity Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, and Outlook is highly desired.
