This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain/maintain/transfer your DoD Secret security clearance.
Serco supports the U.S. Navy to deliver outstanding and quality of work aboard the U.S Navy Ships. The Senior Project Control Specialist will support program managers by providing program-level assistance to the Systems Integration & Installation programs to ensure deliverables and performance parameters are met. The Senior Project Control Specialist will assist management or clients by analyzing and coordinating services such as client programs, human resources, budget preparation and control, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies by performing the following duties. Reviews, analyzes, prepares, develops, and modifies reports and/or client programs and policies. Analyzes procedures and workflow of a division or program, and recommends improvements in such areas as purchasing, accounting, budget development, administration, and program management. Familiar with a variety of the field`s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.

+ Monitor and report on project budget control
+ Develop and maintain databases
+ Control records, documents, and project deliverables
+ Review, analyze, prepare, develop, and modify reports for internal and external customers

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
+ A U.S. citizenship
+ The ability to obtain/maintain/transfer DoD Secret security clearance
+ A Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma and 4 years of experience is required.
+ To be proficient in Microsoft Products (Power Point, Excel, Word)
