Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator
Duration: 9-month contract (20 hours per week)
Location: Portland, OR
Pay Range: $56.77 – $60.00 per hour
The position supports the generation project management team in the execution of capital construction projects, with a focus on coordinating contractor schedules for a gas turbine upgrade project. The primary responsibility is creating and managing a master schedule that captures updates from contractors and internal teams, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines.

Position Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules between contractors and internal project teams using MS Project.
- Incorporate schedule updates into a master schedule and assess variance.
- Monitor project timelines and identify potential scheduling conflicts.
- Meet regularly with project managers, construction managers, and contractor scheduling leads to discuss and resolve scheduling issues.
- Assist with data management and material tracking tasks as needed.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience, ideally in construction or capital project management.
- Proficiency in MS Project for scheduling and timeline management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify schedule variances.
- Experience with MS Excel for data management.
- Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
