Senior Project Coordinator - Genesis10

Genesis10 is currently looking for an IT Sr. Project Coordinator for a 12 month project for a client in St. Paul MN. This role is 99% remote. Will need to go in on first day and once and while for meetings. Job Description: Seeking one full-time Senior Project Coordinator to help support project management activities by ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively which will require managing schedules, coordinating meetings, tracking project progress, and maintaining key project documentation. Collaboration with internal teams and other Program/Project Managers working on the same initiative, providing assistance where needed to keep projects on track, and ensuring alignment with business goals. At a high level, the resource will help support and progress client's project development group by providing project coordination and support, documentation and reporting, tool administration and security, and meeting and event coordination. Key Responsibilities: Update project schedules, tasks, and deadlines. Work with program and project managers to organize meetings, ensuring that agendas, materials, and meeting minutes are prepared and distributed. Update project plans across tracking tools (MS Excel, DevOps, Planview). Assist Program and project managers with tracking risks, issues, decisions and assumptions. Maintain RAID logs, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate. Update project documentation including status reports, presentations, and other materials. Update and maintain project plans using MS Project and Azure DevOps. Administer and manage SharePoint sites, ensuring security and proper permissions for team members. Manage MS Teams sites, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. Schedule and coordinate project meetings, mostly virtual, but also in-person when required (rare). Provide knowledge transfer Required Basic Qualifications: Five (5) years of experience in project coordination or similar roles. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in IT or technology sectors. Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies. Proficiency in SharePoint site administration, upkeep and usage. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). Proficiency in MS Teams site administration, upkeep and usage. MS Project and Azure DevOps. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to provide coordination at the program and project level, assisting on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Strong meeting scheduling, coordination and planning skills. Experience in maintaining RAID logs and project status reporting. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
