Senior Project Designer - Architecture at AEC Resources, Inc.

We are hiring an architectural Senior Project Designer! This role is pivotal in shaping the design and execution of high-profile projects, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional projects. The ideal candidate has a passion for architectural design, a strong design portfolio, and some experience in project management.

Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership- Initiate, create, and develop innovative project designs and plans for all phases of one or more projects, ensuring that the design intent is preserved throughout the project lifecycle.

• Project Coordination- Coordinate with building design consultants, including structural, MEP, and other trades, to ensure seamless integration of all project components. Oversee and monitor the preparation of detailed design and construction drawings.

• Client & Consultant Liaison- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants, maintaining clear and consistent communication to ensure project goals and objectives are met.

• Presentation & Documentation- Prepare high-quality presentation materials, design drawings, and documentation that effectively communicate design ideas to clients, stakeholders, and the project team.

• Project Planning- Lead the project planning process, including the development of schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
•  
• Quality Assurance- Review and ensure that all design work meets the highest standards of quality and adheres to relevant codes, regulations, and best practices.
