Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Senior Project Engineer:

#1. PE license in any state.

#2. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with Geotechnical Engineering concentration required. Master's degree preferred with 6-8 years of Engineering within the Construction Industry.

#3. Knowledge of both structural and geotechnical engineering principals.

#4. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD or similar software.

Requirements of the Senior Project Engineer:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering is required. A Master's degree is preferred, with 6-8 years of experience in engineering within the construction sector.
• Familiarity with structural and geotechnical engineering concepts.
• Working knowledge of industry codes such as ASCE, ASME, ASTM, AISC, ACI, and PTI, along with experience in applying them.
• Expertise in areas like Anchored Earth Retention, Foundation Design, and Construction or Post-Tensioning techniques.
• The ideal candidate should be self-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving. Should possess a strong understanding of client needs, market dynamics, and challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD or similar tools. Holding a PE license from any state is necessary.

Other Key Requirements:

• Work on-site.
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
