As the new Sr. Project Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency in one of their largest production facilities. This hands-on role offers an exciting opportunity to:

· Spearhead multiple high-impact capital projects.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

· Directly report to the Plant Engineering Manager, influencing key decisions.

· Apply your expertise to shape the future of our manufacturing processes.

Compensation: $100K - $130K + 10% bonus + 9% 401K match + outstanding relocation.

Location: Janesville, WI. Excellent relocation is offered.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating with Operations, Production, Finance, etc.

· Manage relationships with external partners.

· Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards

· Oversee project planning, reporting, and financial forecasting

· Travel as needed to manufacturing sites, suppliers, and other project-related locations.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

· 3+ years of Project Management experience.

· 3+ years food or beverage manufacturing experience.

· Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment.

· Travel up to 15% domestic.
