Integrity Pharmacy (a division of Clarest Health) specializes in Medication Management for patients with multiple disease states who are taking multiple medications. Our comprehensive pharmacy solution includes an in-home patient assessment; medication reconciliation; customized adherence packaging; monthly refill management and home delivery. Our Medication Management program helps eliminate duplicate medications through medication reconciliation and helps reduce hospitalizations and readmissions that result from medication errors. Our medication management program helps to ensure medication challenges are minimized and the highest outcomes for each patient we serve are achieved.
Pharmacy Technicians in our Intake/Call Room positions spend their day talking with patients, doctors, and vendors on the phone, building patient profiles, processing prescriptions and working among multiple pharmacy software systems. They ensure that patient profiles are properly prepared and meet clinical requirements prior to medication fulfillment. This is an office based, office environment, allowing the Pharmacy Technician to provide an exceptional over the phone patient experience. Integrity Pharmacy provides a fast-paced, high energy environment, allowing Pharmacy Technicians to excel in many areas with a focus on phone-based pharmacy work.
Location: On site at our Springfield, MO pharmacy
Salary: $16/hr
Schedule: Monday thru Friday (8 hour shift)

Key Responsibilities:
· Providing exceptional customer service experiences each day in a phone-based environment.
· Utilizing sound drug knowledge to effectively assist patient questions over the phone.
· Processing prescription information with speed and accuracy.
· Responsible for billing patient medications accurately.
· Maintaining patient records with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
· Serving as a liaison between the clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals on our patient’s behalf.
· Performing in a high volume, fast paced environment to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and meet clinical requirements prior to fulfillment.
· The ability to adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer
Qualifications:
· Must be 18+ years of age. High school diploma /GED
· Experience in a pharmacy setting is, preferred
· Must hold a current registration with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy (and be in good standing) or be willing to register with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy
· Ability to perform in an office-based setting
· Must be able to sit for extended periods while working at a computer, typing, and communicating with customers via headset
