We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager/Architect to join our team. This is a permanent position and offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects within the Architecture industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and architecture, with expertise in AutoCAD and a robust understanding of healthcare facilities. With at least 10 years of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a diverse range of architecture projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed architectural designs and plans.
3. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including conception, design, construction, and completion.
4. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met and expectations are managed effectively.
5. Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure adherence to design plans and safety standards.
6. Provide expert advice and guidance on architectural design and construction to team members and stakeholders.
7. Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, designers, and construction personnel.
8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure all projects are compliant and innovative.
9. Develop project proposals, budgets, and schedules, and present them to clients and stakeholders.
10. Address any project issues or delays promptly and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience.
3. Demonstrated experience in managing healthcare facility projects is required.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in relation to architecture.
5. Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
