About the Job
- 5-10yrs+ in a Management/ Estimating Role within Asphalt/ Milling/ Production
- Asphalt would be amazing but any heavy highway/ civil would be great
- Decent company longevity/ Commitment
- Engineering degree Preferred
- Experienced PM with both Public & private work
- Familiarity with IDOT
- Financial Acumen
- Lives local to Chicagoland area
- Career longevity
- Culture fit/ Alignment with company values
- Team player
- The salary range would be $100-$160K depending on the level of experience and background; we would be open to going higher for the ideal candidate. There is growth potential for moving into a role as a department head with direct reports of PMs, PEs, and Billing team.
