Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to construction, capital project management, or the equivalent (architecture or engineering degree preferred).
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in capital project design and construction management.
• Knowledge of design and construction processes and familiarity with city, state, and federal codes.
