Senior Project Manager | Minimum of ten (10) years of manufacturing or industrial construction experience, up to one (1) year of preconstruction experience, and at least five (5) years of direct supervisory experience. Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, and/or cold storage projects are preferred.

- Master of FCC Process for Consistency
- Provides training and education to support company training initiatives.
- Establishes & monitors jobsite controls and FCC standards including but not limited to Procore, schedule, safety, and quality control.
- Understands and implements the FCC project consistencies and challenges current procedures.
- Prime and Subcontract Terms & Conditions
- Negotiates project issues including change orders, contingency expenditures, and appropriate fee enhancements.
- Enforces subcontract and prime contract terms for successful project performance including schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
- Collaborates with the project team to formulate a comprehensive project pre-plan, implementing, monitoring, and adapting it as required throughout the project's life cycle.
- Key Decision Maker on Project
- Leads and provides input for key decisions during buyout (price, scope, subcontractor selection, etc.) financial decisions during construction.
- Responsible for the final project status report and performance.
