Senior Project Manager Job Summary:  
RESPONSIBILITIES 
Strategic 
• Process improvement/growth of the firm 
• Identifies opportunities for cost savings and value add opportunities 
• Identify and share best practices 
• Willingness to participate collaboratively with peers (Properties, Transactions, Engineering, etc.) in the region
• Ability to lead and influence outside of direct area of responsibility 

Tactical 
• Executes plan to meet Key Performance Indicators
• Ensures all project management levels are met and maintenance standards are in compliance with service level agreements 
• Adheres to critical processes and reporting requirements 
• Meets Supplier Diversity for the Bank, and Development goals for JLL
• Ensures hand-off of completed projects is properly done from Project Manager to Property Manager 

Client Management 
• Primary point of contact in relationship with client Property Managers in the assigned region
• Savvy at meeting/exceeding clients needs while making sure Jones Lang LaSalle and its interested are being met 

Financial Management 
• Provides assistance in creation of yearly Asset Preservation Project Plan for assigned Region
• Develops and implements cost savings and avoidance initiatives and recommendations for assign projects and programs

Performs additional job duties as requested.
