Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion throughout the Twin Cities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Lead project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
