Raleigh, NC Full-time $130,000.00 - $165,000.00Posted 09/20/2024We are a commercial General Contractor that has been locally owned and operated in the Triangle are of North Carolina for the last 100+ years. We partner with our clients to provide expertise in a number of verticals including Life Sciences, Corporate, Office, Higher Ed and Healthcare to name a few, with projects ranging from large capital projects to small facility improvements. We have an incredible pipeline of projects running through 2025 and are actively looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team to run 2 ground up commercial projects. The successful candidate would have at least 5+ yrs of commercial experience, ideally with ground up experience running multiple projects
