Duration: 12 Month Contract
Client: Leading Banking
- 15+ years of progressive project-related experience in financial services and project management
- Financial and Banking Industry Experience with Compliance/BSA/AML/Regulatory Projects
- Ability to apply RBC Program Management Framework
- Expert knowledge of program and project plan development & management, scheduling methodology, Agile, waterfall and iterative methodologies, program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting.
- Advanced project management knowledge including plan development; scheduling methodology; project metrics gathering, analyzing, and reporting; risk and issue assessment and quantification methodologies;
- Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management background.
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience delivering multi-year, complex programs.
- Experience leading programs with high level of value (benefit/cost), and a high level of complexity and uncertainty.
- Familiar with best practices for Risk System development
- Large cross-enterprise programs/projects
- Programs/projects with third-party vendors
- Undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance)-preferred
- PMP and/or PgMP certification or equivalent-preferred
