We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Food & Beverage market team to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects, both nationally and locally. You will be joining a growing team that have a passion for innovation and delivering cutting edge solutions.
In this role, you can leverage your leadership and strong communication skills to direct and lead a team, while managing large complex projects. Effective time and team management will be crucial as you contribute to a growing organization consistently recognized as a leader in the design-build industry.
Being an expert in the construction and design of Food & Beverage facilities
- Partnering with project directors in responding to Request for Proposals including the preparation of conceptual estimates, schedules, and other proposal documents
- Preparing detailed estimates, cost code input, and cost control systems
- Working with directors of construction and construction core personnel to establish job organization including superintendents and self-perform craftworker requirements; maintaining submittal control
- Preparing and securing owner acceptance of contract change orders
- Managing and ensuring payments to subcontractors and vendors; effectively directing project close-out tasks and any warranty work
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent plus 10 years or more of experience in F&B facility construction, design, or management preferred
- Knowledge in the design and construction of Food & Beverage Facilties
- EPC experience
- Research experience is a plus with excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Excellent sales and customer relationship skills
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Abilities to work independently, manage time wisely and prioritize tasks
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
