Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. is a Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Commercial Design/Build, Construction, and Service company located in Kennesaw, GA. We are looking to hire career minded individuals for the role of full time Commercial Superintendent (HVAC/Plumbing). We provide vehicle allowance, phone, gas card, health insurance and 401K.

Job Summary:
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex projects within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. They lead cross-functional teams, manage project resources, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develops project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Leads project kick-off meetings and communicates project goals and expectations to team members.
- Allocates resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support project activities.
- Monitors project progress identifies risks and issues, and implements corrective actions as needed.
- Develops and maintains professional relationships with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals.
- Manages project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and change orders; develops and presents project estimates to prospective clients.
- Manages client expectations related to quality, schedule, and budget while serving the best interest of the client and their goals and expectations.
- Conducts regular project meetings, including status updates, milestone reviews, and risk assessments.
- Ensures that all work in place is installed to building code, project, and industry standards.
- Evaluates project performance against established metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepares and presents project reports, including budget variance analysis and milestone achievements.
- Conducts consistent Owner-Architect-Contractor and Architect-Design-Contractor meetings that result in positive project progress and provide documentation of the same to the entire project team.
- Collaborates with the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team to ensure that subcontractors, vendors, and Legacy Mechanical Services are paid promptly.
- Maintains strong current client relationships and identifies potential clients.
- Contacts potential customers to develop relationships and sales.
- Leverages existing contacts and establishes new relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential partners to generate new business.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Ability to efficiently read and translate plan drawings specifications and interpret blueprints.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Basecamp, SAGE, BuildOps).
- Knowledge of construction accounting - revenue, budget, and cost.
- Knowledge of construction estimating.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction schedules, budgets, and contracts, with 3 years in a senior or leadership role required.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at desk working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, or kneeling, lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Compensation & Location:
Highly competitive incentive tied directly to overall "closed-out" net profit of managed projects. The sliding scale allows for industry-leading incentive checks where efficiency, hard work, relationships, and the continual reduction of job costs in new and creative methods is encouraged and awarded accordingly. This is a full-time position that is available for immediate hire. A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate.
