Senior Project Manager - Cie

SparkHaus is an early-stage start-up specializing in unlocking customer insights across the luxury product ecosystem. Our mission is to revolutionize customer relationship management in this industry through modern technology. 

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our passionate team and be part of shaping the future of customer experience in the high-end luxury space. This is a contract-to-hire role. You will begin as a contractor with the expectation of becoming a full-time employee. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce and CRM projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, sales representatives, and customer support, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and allocate resources effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvements. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ yrs experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce and CRM projects, preferably in a start-up or technology-driven environment.
• Expertise in Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and administration.
• Experience with App Exchange and Salesforce partner programs is a plus.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, processes, and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Familiarity/experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira is a bonus.
