Senior Project Manager - CATSearch HR Consultancy Inc.

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Salary: Ranging from 120,000USD to 145,000USD annual

Work setup: Hybrid after 90 days

Responsibilities:

• Represent the firm in client meetings to define the Scope of Work and finalize proposals.
• Manage team design, production, quality, training, and employee performance for profit center success.
• Participate in decision-making and growth planning during regular meetings.
• Lead with Full Circle Thinking and provide positive leadership.
• Hold a PE license and manage up to two Project Managers while supervising up to four employees.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience with extensive land development
• Professional Engineer (PE)  license
