Senior Project Manager - Spherion

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional results. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing project teams.
Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients and manage expectations.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets and ensure profitability.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all relevant safety and regulatory standards.

Skills:
A bachelors degree in construction management, business management or similar field is preferred.
Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.
Proven ability to foster teamwork and cooperation with diverse groups of employees.

Qualifications:
Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
5+ years of experience with Project Management in a concrete or construction industry.
Proficiency with financial analysis (e.g. cost breakdowns, risk analysis, budget, etc.) and experience with cost, contract terms and conditions, change orders, and profit decisions.
