Salary: $115,000 - $185,000 per year

We are expanding our Mission Critical division in Houston! We are seeking a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager local to the area to grow with our team!

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
3. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
4. Meet contractual conditions of performance.
5. Review the work progress daily.
6. Prepare internal and external reports about job status.
7. Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
8. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
9. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
10. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
11. Manage the budget and estimate costs.
12. Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
13. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience with a General Contractor with recent experience with Mission Critical Projects (180M)
3. Must be local to Houston, TX.
4. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
5. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
6. Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
7. Familiarity with construction management software packages.
8. Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
9. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
10. Excellent time and project management skills.
11. Strong leadership and team building abilities.
12. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
