About the Job
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting and budgeting.
- Oversee pre-con meetings to ensure successful hand off from estimating to field.
- Set clear goals and expectations to foreman.
- Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns.
- Estimate change orders for assigned projects.
- Manage all jobs closeout procedures.
- Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement.
- Provide coaching/counseling to foreman and Assistant Project Manager.
- Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Outlook e-mail & calendar.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work as a team and individually with a positive and professional attitude.
- Capable multi-tasker able to execute the many tasks at hand effectively.
- Bachelors’ Degree preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a Project Management Role for the Project Manager position, 8-10 to be considered for the Sr PM role.
- Field experience preferred, but not required.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Pay Range: Salary $100,000.00 to $150,000.00
