Required:
- 15+ years' experience and a broad range of project and program management experience 10+ years in managing large complex programs
- Excellent communication (written and oral), and presentation skills
- Core Project Management skills - Scope management, Delivery on time, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Budget Management
- Experience with infrastructure and IAM projects
- Ability to manage a cross-functional team, influence without authority, should be able to work in ambiguity
- Ability to work independently with engineers & support teams across various workstreams
Desired:
- IAM architectural understanding
- Conflmanagement/problemblem solving
- Negotiation skills
- Financial management experience (budget planning)
- Contract management (SoW, Contracts, work orders, etc.)
