Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects with a focus on Acquisition & Divestiture (A&D) initiatives.
- Oversee security-related projects, ensuring compliance, risk management, and timely delivery.
- Serve as a core project management expert, ensuring efficient execution of projects, on time and within budget.
- Act as a key communicator between stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across all project phases.
- Effectively manage chaotic environments, adapting to evolving priorities and keeping teams focused on deliverables.
Top 3 Key Requirements for Core Competency in Project Management Demonstrated ability to lead and execute projects with expertise in PM best practices.
- Pharmaceutical Industry Experience Proven experience managing projects within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Acquisition & Divestiture (A&D) Experience Successful track record of managing A&D-related projects.
- Security Project Experience Strong background in leading security-focused projects, with knowledge of compliance and risk management.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work remotely but available in EST time zone.
- Willingness to travel to the Raritan, NJ office when needed
