Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, project teams, and senior management to define project objectives, develop detailed plans, and oversee execution.

What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop project charters and obtain necessary approvals to initiate projects.
• Identify and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage resource constraints and optimize resource utilization across multiple projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenditures and financial reporting.
• Conduct regular budget reviews and implement cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.
Work Experience and Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, or related field with 8+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years of supervisor of lead experience.
Licenses & Certifications:
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI - ACP), Certified Insurance Project Manager (CIPM) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is preferred.
