Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Values:
- Integrate and embody GardaWorld Security’s core values in all business practices.
- Lead by example to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Client and Employee Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees.
- Regularly meet with clients to address issues, provide updates, and ensure contract compliance.
- Recruit, orient, train, and develop staff, emphasizing effective delegation.
Operations Management:
- Supervise daily security services to uphold high standards.
- Conduct off-hour visits, review logs, and inspect posts for compliance.
- Oversee security operations, including access control, alarm response, and patrols.
- Respond swiftly to critical situations with a calm, controlled approach.
- Ensure proper use of post orders and effective personnel training.
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping for accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor project costs to align with income and ensure accurate payroll and billing.
- Utilize technological expertise to manage physical security technology and plan for future upgrades.
Compliance and Safety:
- Maintain a robust safety culture and program, familiar with IBC, NFPA, OSHA, and ICS systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including State Guard Licensing requirements.
- Uphold discipline within operations staff and respond promptly to operational emergencies.
- Provide CPR/AED/First Aid training as required.
Efficiency and Improvement:
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Be available for off-hours work to ensure operational continuity.
Performance Metrics:
- Achieve 1.75% or less unbilled overtime on the assigned account.
- Improve Employee Engagement Scores year-over-year.
- Retain the account and improve performance metrics quarterly.
- Conduct monthly personnel inspections and training for 100% of assigned personnel.
- Ensure full staffing levels through effective recruiting.
- Personally recruit and develop at least one new supervisor annually.
- Achieve 100% compliance with GardaWorld Mandatory Requirements.
- Lead by example, living up to GardaWorld Values.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing a quasi-government facility.
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience.
- Experience managing bargaining agreements and unions.
- Preferred: Previous Military or Law Enforcement experience.
- Experience in multi-department leadership and international affairs.
