The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery, strong leadership abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of sheet metal systems and installation.EXPERTISE IN: Oversee all aspects of sheet metal project management from pre-construction to final completion.Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.Lead and mentor project teams, including subcontractors and trade partners.Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and safety regulations.Manage project changes and coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers.Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Contribute to the development of estimating and bidding processes.EXPOSURE TO: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Extensive experience in sheet metal project management.In-depth knowledge of sheet metal systems, materials, and installation techniques.Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.Certifications in project management or construction management.Experience in project management software or tools.Base Salary: USD200-300K/yearType: direct hire
