Your Role as Senior Project Manager

As the Senior Project Manager in Allcon Roofing's Steep Slope Division, you will manage a diverse range of roofing projects, overseeing all stages from planning through to completion. With 3-5 years of experience in the roofing or construction industry, you'll bring your project management and leadership expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Allcon's high standards.

• Lead & Mentor: Inspire teams with strong leadership and mentorship, promoting skill development and a collaborative environment.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction through clear, proactive communication.
• Project Execution: Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control, ensuring adherence to all standards.

Key Requirements
