Senior Quality Analyst / CQI Analyst
Location: Omaha, NE

Description:
Serves as lead support for regional teams and agencies by providing expertise in
operations, quality management, and personalized services.
Provides leadership and builds partnerships with the quality representative within each agency to develop and
implement sustainable quality management systems.
Supports and collaborates with regional teams during growth, crisis and significant change.
Is expected to complete a certification in the area of Quality and Organizational Excellence.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Work in partnership with the regional team and agencies to evaluate the accuracy and integrity of administrative systems, processes and data
Provide technical assistance in the development, improvement and implementation of operational systems, policies, and standard operating procedures
Provide education and support in utilization of quality tools in order to assist agencies in developing internal capacity to guide system improvement (i.e. root cause analysis, PDCA)
Serve as a member of the regional/state operational and leadership meetings to assist with data analysis, planning, and providing a systems approach to problem solving
Provide support, onboarding and training to the designated quality representative within agencies Engage and collaborate with other departments to align systems and processes that support Mosaic s vision, values and strategic priorities
Provide leadership during the Quality Review process
Assist with investigation corrective action plans in high-risk situations as requested by national office
Provide support to regional teams and agencies during periods of growth and acquisition of services, crisis, and significant change
Provide on-site assistance when there are vacancies in key leadership positions
Gather gold-standard Personal Outcome Measures (POM) data with people supported across Mosaic
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Knowledge of Company policies and procedures
Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate Mosaic s 7 Essential Practices of

Knowledge of Mosaic systems and how they inter-relate
Knowledge of state and federal regulations and accreditation standards
Knowledge of current information and trends within the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities and the ability to up to date
Knowledge of Basic Assurances and how to use them as a tool to measure and develop quality systems
Knowledge of Personal Outcome Measures and ability to use them to measure and build individualized supports
Knowledge of adult learning theory and ability to provide training in a variety of settings
Skill in utilizing basic quality tools such as root cause analysis, process mapping,
PDCA, and cause and effect to analyze issues and provide solutions
Skill in using data and other information sources for analysis, detecting trends, designing appropriate operational responses and communicating findings to multiple stakeholders
Skill in team-building and conflict resolution
Skill in using computers and other standard office equipment
Skill in using Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn and use other various software applications utilized at Mosaic
Planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently an effectively
Ability to become a Mosaic trained and authorized investigator
Ability to adapt to changing demands
Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality, provide leadership and influence action outside of a supervisory relationship
Ability to work independently with off-site supervision and in a flexible team environment
Ability to demonstrate the skills of an innovative and creative thinker
Ability to communicate openly, honestly and effectively in a courteous and professional manner
Ability to write clearly, accurately, and professionally
Ability to travel on a frequent basis, including overnight travel
Education & experience:
Bachelor s Degree in Education, Human Services or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in service delivery, training, or quality assurance, with a background in intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
Obtaining Lean/Six Sigma Certification will be required upon hire.
