Job Title: Senior Quality Control Technician

Location: Florence, KY

Duration: 06 Months+

Shift: 7:30 am – 4 pm Mon - Fri / 6:30 am – 3 pm Mon - Fri while training The Senior Quality Inspector Inspects and reports on manufacturing quality.

Job Responsibilities:

· Perform assessment testing as scheduled on in-process and/or finished device products according to all quality documentation.

· Evaluate test results for compliance to specification.

· Recognize problems that might affect the quality of integrity of the product and communicate problems.

· Perform calibration and routine daily/weekly instrument maintenance to ensure accuracy of results.

· Work with the team to help identify Lean manufacturing opportunities for continuous process improvement and suggest alternatives and solutions to problems.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Open to learning Lean Manufacturing or tools

· Must work well with others and understand how to be successful in team environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), required

· Basic understanding of Statistical analysis is needed

· Experience working in a diagnostic medical lab
