Who You Are:
As a Senior Quality Specialist, you bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. Your expertise spans the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design through development, testing, security validation, and performance testing. You are adept at managing and coordinating test automation tool development, test plan creation, scheduling, and frequent quality status reporting. Your keen analytical skills and proficiency in quality assurance methodologies set you apart.
What You'll Do:
+ Quality Assurance Involvement: Participate in every phase of the software development process including design, development, and testing with a strong focus on security validation and performance testing.
+ Test Automation & Planning: Oversee the management and coordination of test automation tools, develop test plans, schedule tests, and report on quality status frequently.
+ Quality Strategy Implementation: Analyze, define, implement, and execute quality and test-related activities in alignment with the established quality and test strategy. Formulate quality and test strategies for products while adhering to defined processes and standards.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage product, cross-functional, or testing teams with a particular focus on quality assurance and test-related tasks integral to the product creation process.
+ Detailed Test Design: Create comprehensive test designs, including test system landscape definitions, prepare test data (customizing and master data), author and execute both manual and automated tests.
+ Issue Analysis & Follow-Up: Thoroughly analyze test results, identify issues, and take appropriate follow-up actions.
+ Performance Testing: Author performance scripts and evaluate the performance of cloud technology platforms.
+ Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for teams, providing guidance on quality assurance and test-related processes, methods, and tools. Initiate and drive process or tool improvements.

A Successful Candidate Requirements:
+ Experience & Skills:
+ Define and update performance engineering processes.
+ Analyze Java profiling, heap and thread dumps for problem identification.
+ Identify root causes of performance bottlenecks in Java and Springboot applications and SaaS applications.
+ Scale enterprise applications on Cloud and Kubernetes clusters.
+ Design load testing for cloud-based applications using JMeter and LoadRunner.
+ Manage API Gateway.
+ Tune RHEL 8.x and Java; optimize cloud and cloud-based applications on Google Cloud and AWS.
+ Product Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant business processes, scenarios, and customer needs. Proficient in product and process standards, legal requirements, and quality assurance and test-related tools.
+ Technical Competencies: Advanced knowledge of programming languages and related development tools and processes.
Work Experience:
+ Bachelors Degree: In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with six years of progressive experience in relevant roles. OR
+ Masters Degree: In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with four years of relevant experience.
+ Minimum Experience: At least four years of experience in:
+ Defining and updating performance engineering processes.
+ Analyzing Java profiling, heap and thread dumps.
+ Identifying performance bottlenecks in Java and Springboot applications and SaaS applications.
+ Scaling enterprise applications on Cloud and Kubernetes clusters.
+ Designing load testing for cloud-based applications using JMeter and LoadRunner.
+ API Gateway management.
+ RHEL 8.x tuning and Java performance optimization.
