Senior ReactJS/React Native Software Engineer - Strategic Systems & Technology

We've channeled our extensive RFID technology and mobility experience into creating a scalable, flexible cloud-based platform that enables companies to track the movement of people and items within their organization using multiple technologies, providers, and devices.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote or hybrid role to join our small, talented development team. We are looking for a smart, experienced software engineer with demonstrable experience in React Native and ReactJS, and, in general, getting things done. You will help us maintain and expand our cloud-based application configuration platform, and the solutions built on it.

You will be responsible for enhancing our dynamic React/React Native cross-platform (web/android) frontend, as well as maintaining the custom bridge to native Android SDKs. You will participate in architectural discussions, perform peer code reviews, and help us keep the overall quality high while maintaining a focus on deliverability. Qualifications

EITHER:

• 10+ years Software development + 3+ years React Native / ReactJS,

OR:

• 8+ years React Native / ReactJS experience on demonstratable complex frontends

AND:

• at least 2-3 years demonstrable experience with native Android development (Kotlin or Java on Android)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong proficiency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Previous experience in enterprise mobility or RFID technologies is a plus

Only US-based candidates will be considered for this position, EST or CT time zones preferred. Core hours are 9:30 am to 4:00 pm Eastern time. Our office is in Suwanee, GA which is just north of Atlanta, but the development team works remotely apart from occasional in-person meetings. We will not provide visa sponsorship.
