About the Job
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience working with directory services, including at least 3-5 years specifically with RedHat Directory Server (RHDS)
- Strong experience in designing and implementing large-scale, high-availability directory infrastructures
- Experience with automation, scripting, and configuration management tools
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation
- Expertise in LDAP protocol and directory management
- Familiarity with identity management systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and access management solutions
- Proficient in RedHat Directory Server (RHDS) deployment, configuration, and administration
- Deep understanding of directory service protocols (LDAP, LDIF, etc.) and security best practices (SSL/TLS, encryption)
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Linux, RedHat) and networking principles
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure as code
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
