Senior Relationship Specialist

Senior Specialist leads through example and provides the highest-level care towards building relationships with new and existing members. They consistently demonstrate the ability to empathize with members and possess resiliency in diffusing high stress situations. This position is a skilled resource in servicing member accounts and uses a consultative approach to deepening relationships and providing a Safe, Secure and WOW member experience.

This team member has a proven record of meeting/exceeding production goals, including selling products and services we offer and referring members to our internal partners. The Senior Specialist provides an additional level of care to our members through loan consultation as trained. Additional opportunities to care for our members by utilizing skills received from the Certified Credit Union Counselor Certification (CCUFC) when appropriate. The CCUFC designation is an advanced Member Service certification to provide an additional WOW experience for members, this designation is not required but an additional career opportunity that individuals in this role may be able to participate in through additional training and testing.

HOW TO EXCEL AS A SENIOR RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST

• Minimum two to three years member/customer service experience, with progressive experience in sales and member satisfaction
• High School diploma or equivalency required
• Certified Credit Union Counselor is not required but an option for team members in this role
