Responsibilities:Your Role:
The Senior Reliability Manager is a critical role in the development, implementation, and standardization of a Proactive Reliability Program for the Louisville and Hot Springs Facilities. The incumbent to this role will play a key part in the development of an asset-based CMMS program, the implementation and integration of a condition-based monitoring system, as well as the development and standardization of planning, scheduling, and execution of planned maintenance activities. You will have the opportunity to:
- Drive and promote safety culture within the sites including subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors.
- Responsible for driving quality execution of preventative/predictive maintenance program with team including routine auditing of PMs and corrective work.
- Develop and implement programmatic methods to ensure safe operation and high equipment reliability/availability, cost effective maintenance, continuous improvement culture, and regulatory compliance.
- Administer CBM programs, such as Thermography, vibration analysis, lube oil monitoring, for both sites. Administration may include program scoping/scheduling, analysis review, and corrective action follow-up.
- Perform/support operational event and equipment failure investigations to ensure that the root cause/causal factors have been identified, corrective actions prescribed, and follow-up monitoring conducted as applicable, to determine effectiveness (Inclusive of RCA, RCM, FMEA, CAPA).
- Conduct program and system/equipment audits on a periodic and as needed basis. Audits will generally be focused on safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance effectiveness, cost savings, and energy conservation.
- Establish and monitor equipment reliability metrics (including OEE) and partner with maintenance and operations teams to prioritize work and improvements; inclusive of performing regular data analytics to outline and recommend improvements.
- Develop and improve maintenance procedures to streamline work execution, improve work quality and deliver optimal equipment efficiencies.
- Support commissioning activities for all upgrades, renovation, and construction projects to buildings and utilities which may include, but is not limited to: job plans, reviews for maintainability, critical spares, documentation, etc.
- Responsible for ranking the criticality of the assets under their care, typically using Reliability Centered Maintenance approaches, and for defining the proactive maintenance approaches that are cost-beneficial to the business.
- Apply maintenance strategies and predictive technologies while optimizing a system’s operational performance, life cycle cost, and payback.
- Champion the development, technical assessment, and sustainment of a skills matrix for local maintenance team to leverage for work assignment.
- Develop and maintain “Key Performance Indicators" of equipment reliability.

We need you to have:
- BS degree in Engineering with 5+ years of applicable experience (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated motivation and leadership skills required to drive a collaborative organization.
- Self-motivated and able to produce successful programs with minimal management direction.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and appropriate prioritization of projects.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Proficient with computer programs (CMMS, MS Office, MS Project, etc.).
- Experience w/ predictive maintenance technologies including, but not limited to, vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared Thermography, ultrasound, and motor current analysis.
- Experience w/ Root Cause Failure Analysis, Equipment Criticality Ranking, PM/Pd.M. optimization, and/or Failure Modes and Effects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles applied to design, operation, and maintenance of electro-mechanical assets.
Icing on the cake:
- Experience in similar heavy industries.
- Prior experience in the Consumer Product Goods industry.

Role is eligible for 18% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
Posted Salary Range:USD $145,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /A
