RESPONSIBILITIES
- Senior technical expert for Remedy design, development and management.
- Accountable for all aspects of Remedy services.
- Provides administration, and management of Remedy.
- Provides pro-active monitoring of Remedy from performance and capability management perspectives.
- Provides database maintenance activities such as backup/recovery, updates to service packs and patches, and optimization.
- Ensures continuity of operations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain CI Poly.
Active IAT II certification (Sec+ ...etc)
- Active MCSA: SQL Server Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in technology related field, plus eight years’ hands-on experience in Remedy administration, design and development OR twelve years’ hands-on experience in Remedy administration, design and development.
We are seeking Top Secret cleared Senior Remedy Database Administrator to join our team. This team is responsible for providing IT product lifecycle management, technical expertise, and support for the development and operations lifecycle. The team is engaged in the operation and enhancement of over 80 existing IT applications, including several new applications developed annually. Team activities cover information systems operations, information systems development and modernization, and IT security.
The operation of existing applications and new application initiatives are critical to the success of the mission. Additionally, thousands of personnel in the law enforcement, intelligence, legal, and administrative communities use these services on a daily basis to perform mission-critical work. These applications require responsive, effective, and specialized technical expertise to limit disruption to operations
