Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of BMC Remedy ARS 7.x platform or 8.x platform
- Working knowledge of BMC Remedy Development Environment.
- Knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM Suite 7.x. or 8.x
- Knowledge of BMC Remedy on Linux platforms
- Knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with Incident/Ticket/Change Management Processes
- Troubleshooting, diagnostic and performance analysis skills
- Minimum 5 years Remedy development experience (Remedy Version 8.1 preferred)
- Oracle database experience
- Experienced with MS Office apps (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, Visio)
- Must possess excellent analytical and decision making skill
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Integrations, Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Asset Management, and Knowledge Management (Desired)
- Knowledge of ITIL and other IT Best Practices frameworks (Ideally, Foundations certified)
- Degree / Experience - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
